Hi Gordan here… If you have your own website you want to go out there and optimise it with keywords. I am sure that most of the people go for the most popular one or they ask their friends, they guess or they copy others.. Please don’t follow these examples. You need to base your keyword research on facts and real time searches and not on some data from last year or several months ago. I has to be based on what people search today and this month.
So how do you do this? How do you research?
I have put together these two videos to show you exactly how to do it and the free tools you can use.
Please have a look and tell me what you think.
Speak to you soon,
Gordan

Gordan,
As a beginner I find the key word tracker most helpful. However, would you mind clarifying for me how you interpret the information. You mentioned briefly about there needs to be less than a certain number of enquiries in one area and more than in another category etc, or whatever. Any help will be appreciated.
Cheers
Hi Gordan,
So, thanks for the above. The process was quite clear.
My question is, what ratio of webpages available to people clicking on them is supposed to be optimum for a keyword search?
Rosalind
Hi Patricia,
Thanks for your comment. I will try to improve all of the points you mentioned in next video.
Hi Peter,
In order to consider certain keyword the first line of data should be less than 30000 websites that are competing with the keyword. Do not consider anything over that. It means that there are too many websites competing with that keyword.
Second line of data is less important. The number tells you the number of visitors from No 1 website in Google for that keyword. Even if this number is low (lets say 15) we are still ok with that number as we can have several different keywords (10 or more)to compete with and each one of them will have number e.g 20 in second line data which means 20 visitors x 10 keywords = 200 visitors that might end up on your website if your website is well optimised and using non popular keywords. Of course there are some other factors that are important in search engine optimisation (backlinks for instance. I hope I was clear. If not please let me know. The perfect scenario would be very low number in the first line and high in the second. That means that there are very few websites optimised for that keyword and many searches for that keyword.
Hi Rosalind,
I am not sure of the answer to your questions and will do some research.

Hello,
Nice to hear from you. I did not have any problem with the tool and does not ask me for any password.
Let me check tonight once again when I come home, just to be sure.
Last time I used it couple of days ago but I have installed it 6 or 7 months ago so they might have changed something.
We’ll sort out something,
Regards
Gordan
